Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We trust you’re happy with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we’re here to help. Please ensure that the merchandise is in its untouched, original condition and is returned within 14 days from when you received it. To initiate a return, kindly send us an email with your name, order number, reason for the return, and details of the product you’d like to send back. After this, you’ll get a return authorization email from us. Please note, without this authorization email, we can’t process your return.
We don’t hold responsibility for any packages that go missing during the return transit. For your peace of mind, consider using a shipping service that provides tracking. When sending a return email, kindly provide the following details:

- The name associated with the order.
- Contact phone number.
- Email address.
- Address for return shipping.
- A detail description of the issue leading to the return.
- The name of the Customer Service agent who approved your return and the date (if relevant).
- Your order reference number.
To return a damaged item dispatched via Freight Carrier, you must first obtain authorization from Customer Service. If needed, the Customer Service agent will provide specific packaging guidance.
Returns that are incomplete, unauthorized, or require postage will be rejected and sent back to you. All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not refund shipping costs unless the error is ours. If an item is confirmed to be defective, we’ll provide a credit to cover the shipping expenses. Please ensure all items are returned via ground shipping only; no other methods will be accepted.
Products that are not refundable

- Items delivered over 30 days ago.
- Goods not bought from Khaosbrand llc.
- Items returned because they are no longer desired will incur a 20% Restocking Fee, and shipping charges won’t be refunded.
- Products labeled as free or marked as non-returnable.
- Goods rejected by domestic or international Customs.
- No credit will be given for items damaged due to fire, smoke, heat, incorrect handling or storage, during shipping, or products with broken seals or that have been opened, stained, altered, or used.
Return Shipping
The customer must prepay for returns, unless the shipment error was made by Khaosbrand LLC. Products shipped back as “collect” will be rejected. Please note that we won’t provide credit for tracking or any extra shipping fees.
Refunds
Khaosbrand LLC reserves the right to determine whether or not to provide credit for returned products. Items bought indirectly cannot be returned to Khaosbrand LLC, and no credit will be granted. Products directly purchased from Khaosbrand LLC will be credited within 30 days of receiving the RMA upon return. Refunds will be provided as store credit only, with no cash alternatives. Products that are unopened and unused will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be credited for unopened and unused products. For faulty products, credit will be issued to cover the shipping fees.
